  • Legal Compliance: You are responsible for adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations governing Medicare enrollment and health insurance procedures.
  • Unauthorized Content Use: Any duplication, redistribution, or unauthorized use of advisory content, plan comparisons, and reviews provided by FGJ Health is strictly prohibited.
  • No Professional Advice: Website content is for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
Consent and Communication (TCPA & CMS Compliance)

  • FGJ Health is not liable for changes in carrier networks or government policy adjustments occurring after enrollment, or for damages resulting from site use.
